Cancelling Pre-Ordered BTTF for PC - need PS3

To Whom this may concern,

I pre-ordered the Back to the Future Game from a Link on the BTTF Facebook game that said you would receive $5 off; and it had the PSN logo underneath.

With no notice that ordering from the site was PC only (which you desperately need to remedy), I placed the order Sunday evening. I've spent the last 3 days trying to e-mail customer service about how the code works for the PS3, only to find out on the forums today that the site order was PC only. I've been e-mailing Customer support since 5 minutes after the order was placed, and an additional 2 more times, with no response.

I would like information about order cancellation so I can purchase the game for the Playstation 3.

    You should check your spam mail, I replied to both emails and credited that order yesterday.

    Make sure to add us to your safe list.

    It was in my boyfriend's e-mail from which we used to pay, not my e-mail that the account was set up on. Thats why I didn't see it. Thank you.

    In the future, you might wanna add a notice that orders are PC only. especially when there are logos for other platforms on the banner.
