Sybil can help you "qualify" for APD if you do each of the psycho-analyses. Just remember what the APD symptoms are - or show Sybil the form to get a reminder.
For the free association - it's usually "a violent reaction to <something>". So just do what you like until a word related to that topic comes up, then do something violent...
Like pulling your gun and trying to shoot Sybil. She'll mark that down on your APD form for sure!
