Hello Guys,

I have placed my orders a month ago (Order #600086438209687 | Placed November 26, 2010) and the status is still "Your order has been submitted to our warehouse and will ship soon. ".

I have sent many mails to the support and I have not got any reply yet.

Can you at last give me an updated notice about my order ?

    If your order still says Pending or Not Shipped right now and you don't have any items that are on backorder it's likely your order has shipped.

    When the Season 3 disc came out we had to process 1000s of orders and since uploading information that an order has shipped takes a lot of time we're using that time to ship more orders instead. I know this may seem like a bit of annoyance but we're doing it to get your items to you faster.

    We're running pretty far behind on answering support tickets right now because of the holiday.

    I have placed my order a month ago as Kher (Order #600086408003252 | Placed November 26, 2010).

    Can you give me an estimation when will you deliver my order?

    I have posted my query 3 weeks ago now... I still have not received anything.

    This is taking too long and I have no news either here or from the support mail. You did not take long to get paid (1 day) but for the shipment this is something else...

    This is clearly unprofessional and dishonest.
