Trying to gift puzzle agent...

When I ordered the holiday bundle of games, I got an extra copy of puzzle agent. I sent an email to support and they game me a gift code. I am not sure how to actually give the gift to someone. Do they use the code in checkout? There are no instructions of gifting anywhere that I can find. Thanks for the help.

    They can redeem the gift code here.

    Do you need a gift code? Can't you just give the code to your friend? (I don't know, that's why I'm asking XP)

    In order to redeem a gift, you need a gift code (it starts in GIFT, then 15 digits in three strings of five).
    The buyer gets it by checking the box that says "I'm buying this game as a gift for someone else" during checkout.

    Thanks for the answer, so what's the difference of doing that and just giving the code to a friend if I bought the game twice? (I've bought a game twice so I have 2 serial numbers for the same game in my account)

    I'm not sure if your friend will be able to unlock a game using a serial number attached to your account.
    However, if you write to customer service at support@telltalegames.com and explain the situation, I'm sure they'll help you.
