Getting cut lines on all scenes

I see the borders around the animations in each scene. Does anyone know of a fix for this? I'm on a high power PC with an advanced graphics card, so I don't think it's hardware. I have the latest version of DirectX installed. I uploaded 3 attachments showing what I mean.

you have an ati-card?

update your grapic card drivers to 10.12, i had the same issue
