Frame Rate issues

Whenever I play the game the frame rate isn't quite as fast as it should be. Could someone help me with this?

    What are your system specs?

    If you have your options cranked all the way up, you will want a pretty solid machine with 1+ GB Video DDR and at least a Dual-Core processor to handle high framerates at high resolutions. Try lowering your resolution, lowering graphic detail, turning off anti-aliasing, or lowering shadows. All should help increase your framerate.

    Thanks for the advice, it's running alot faster now after I made the adjustments you suggested.
