issue-39571 - Missing Tales of Monkey Island 6-Button Set buttons from my order

I emailed a little over a month ago and never got a reply about this - assuming it got chewed up somewhere along the way due to the Christmas rush, since I never found a reply in my Spam folder.

Anyway, to reiterate: the "Tales of Monkey Island 6-Button Set" that was supposed to come with my order sometime last year never came. There was a note in the package with the rest of the merchandise I ordered mentioning it was out of stock - and now I see from my game's list page that it's been discontinued altogether. Kind of a bummer.

So I guess now at this point I'm wondering if I can either get a refund or some kind of credit or something for the product I bought that became never-weres? Or is the product maybe still somewhere waiting to be delivered?

    We actually managed to a set in the office and send them to you with a special I'm sorry.

    And uhhh, yeah. Several months on - still no sign. D: I thought it would have come in my big package of BTTF stuff, but now.
