When will the OUTATIME license plates be in stock?

Any thoughts? It seems to be the main culprit in holding up my order.

    Same here, it's been holding mine up since december the 9th, along with the card game.

    But I noticed that the plates are "OUT OF STOCK" while the card game is "Backordered" on the store now.

    Does that mean you chaps are not getting any more of the plates in or are you just completely stopping new orders for them?

    I'm still waiting for my flux capacitor shirt - I've had that on order since the xmas sale when it was 50% off all BTTF items..

    OT: Quick question, why are you asking this here when it's talking about the license plate and could easily be overlooked while they are waiting for an answer? Personally I think you'd be better off starting another thread, or even better yet, submitting a support ticket.

    I just recieved a paypal refund for what I assume is the BTTF License Plate... There was no accompanying information or explanation of the refund or why it happened.

    (I ordered a big bunch of stuff in the 50% off sale, most of TTG's game catalogue that I didn't already have and a heap of merch)

    I really hope they haven't cancelled my order :(. I was really looking forward to getting those plates, and it's what pushed me to go purchase crazy in the first place!

    Hey folks. Very sorry about this but we are not able to fulfill every order for the Back to the Future license plates, so we have refunded the cost of the plates to the orders affected. The rest of your order should go out normally. We did send out an email to everybody that is affected by this, but some email providers place correspondence from @telltalegames.com directly to spam.

    Again, I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

    Actually I still have about 50 people to refund and email, but this will be done by the end of today. Sorry it's taking sooo long. I have to refund everyone individually.

    Don't pin your hopes on that its a miniature thats about the size of a regular dvd box, still looks nice but its tiny.

    That's really disapointing. I'm sure my order was one of those cancelled because i got it at the 50% off promotion, and I'm an international buyer. I would have paid full price too, the plates are what drove me to the store to make such a huge $100 purchase in the first place.

    Also, my email address is a gmail one, and i never recieved anything in my spam filter, but have recieved telltale emails in the past.

    But it's O.K. You guys make such awesome games i can forgive a little disapointment with the store :)

    Monkeymovies, I'm not sure but that plate looks tiny, I dont think it's the same one. Plus i already have the trilogy on DVD. There are some on ebay, but they seem to vary in quality and to get them to Australia would be prohibitedly expensive.

    The orders were handled in the order they were received. We filled as many orders as we could with the stock we had and cancelled the orders that we didn't have enough plates for.

    Full disclosure, the license plate wholesaler is sold out of them too with no indication on whether they'll be getting more, thus making it impossible for us to get more or know if we will get more.

    So if we didn't get an email about it, are we still in the running? I, too, have Gmail, and have always gotten other emails from TT without a problem. I have not received an email about not being able to get a license plate.

    Not that I want that email, mind you :)

    There was an email. It might have been something on our end that got mixed up though. I do apologize for any inconvenience.

    great! so this means im getting my license plate. MUAHAH... sorry...

    in both of my orders are still "one on more items" that aren't in stock, BUT HEY, as long as i get my license plate, i can wait.....

    So, if it is still in our order, we are still getting one? If so, then yay! While I'm here, is there any news on the Sam & Max '92 Shirt and the Book of Grickle? The only other things holding my order up.

    Everything should be in as of today. Except shotglasses.

    Can you guys check my order? I think I had everything in stock except for the "BTTF license plate" and two "Sam & Max Season Two Case File" (the case files where in stock when I ordered them) Also I haven't seen any refund nor e-mail explaining the situation, so that does mean that I'll get all the items? Do I have to send you guys my order number or you can just check it by my username? Hope you can get me out of confusion =).

    I got a refund today for something costing 5.99. Only two things cost 5.99, and that was the CD bundle and License Plate. Probably the License Plate. Oh well, still looking forward to the rest of my order! :D

    Hey folks, sorry about that. The interest in the license plates was way above and beyond anything we anticipated. All of our suppliers for the license plates ran out with no telling when or if they will be getting more, thus making it impossible for us to re-stock. We have issued refunds to all those that still had a plate in their order (there should have been an email that went along with that too).

    We currently have no plans to re-stock the item since well, it looks like they may not become available for some time now, and to allow for the shipment of many orders held up by the lack of availability of the plates, we made the decision to cancel and refund the remaining plates in orders.

    If you have not been issued a refund but have the plates in your order, please let us know and we will get that taken care of hastily.

    Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.

    I was wondering for what I got the refund. I imagined the license plates, but wasn't sure about that.

    I guess the plates were OUTASTOCK.

    Question though, how much were these plates anyway? Because I have the feeling you've refunded a bit too much on my side. Not that I mind though.

    My order status changed today, now says that has been submitted to TTG's warehouse, and the BTTF license plates are still in the order (and i didn't see any refund), does this mean I'm still going to get them or not? By the way I'm not angry and I don't regret buying anything from you guys =D. Just wanted to know what's going on with my order.

    There's my refund. Oh well, at least I'm £3.98 richer! Hooray! Anyway, the license plate is still in my order. I'll send you the message later with the number. I don't care much anymore, I'm getting more Telltale goodies in a while, so that's nice. :D
