I cant find the spray paint to move specs, can anyone help me?

    It took me a LONG time to find it too.

    it's not like it's hard to find, provided you know you can enter the alley... But I admit, that in and of itself is not terribly obvious.

    it's sitting on the car in the alley (not yours, but the other one)
