$99.99 for TOMI DVD??

Hi
I wanted to order BTTF and finaly the DVD Version of TOMI (i preordered back then) to get it for free and only pay shipping.

If I am logged out, it says 34$ but if I am logged into my account it says $99.99 and when I try to add it to my cart the popup opens (where you normaly have the option continue shopping or proceed to cart) I just get a blank popup that doesnt disapear and it isn added to my cart. Whats wrong?
