    If you're an international customer you will not receive a tracking number number unless you paid the additional cost for Fed Ex shipping. If you received free shipping or selected USPS you will get a USPS customs number. This number can be used to track a missing package but we can only start the process after eight weeks.

    Please make sure you check with your local post as well, we've recently had quite a few people report that they never got a customs notice.
