Order Failed

I've never played Sam & Max before, save the (SHORT T_T) demo, but a review in a blog made me want to play very much. I was delighted at the ability to buy the game download online. I hate going outside!

The only problem is, I cant get my debit card to go through. I've searched the forums and a few others have had this same problem stemming from a variety of issues. Before looking at the forums, I thought it was my browser, so I used IE. Then I thought maybe I should use the new debit card I got in the mail last week instead of my old one, so I activated that. No good so far. I tried entering my old address and/or old phone number, just in case my debit card information isnt up to date (I doubt it), but no dice.

So what's up? Do I need to use a non-free email (mine's yahoo)? Can anyone from Telltale help? I'd love to support their company and go through the right (read: legal) channels to get this game, but I need your support first!

    I'm looking into this. I have to contact our ecommerce provider to find out why the orders aren't going through. I'll send you a PM when I have more info.
