Back To The Future (BTTF) - Episode 4 & 5

Hi everyone!

Yesterday I bought BTTF Full 5 Episodes using credit card.

My question is, I bought THE FULL 5 EPISODES GAME, but I only see the 3 first available episodes for downloading in "My games" section.

If I buy the full game, shouldn´t I be able to download all the episodes??
Is there anything I am misunderstanding here?


I´ve already sent an email to support.
No response yet.


I would appreciate if anyone can help me with this issue.

    You will be able to download all five episodes once they are released.
    At this time, only the first three have been released for PC/Mac.
    Episode four will be released later this month and there is no date yet for episode five, but it shouldn't be much later (after all, it's a monthly series!).

    I already have episodes 1,2 and 3.
    I only bought the full season, because I thought I will be able to play the full season TODAY.

    I suppose there´s no way I can cancel the order now, isnt it?

    You can try e-mailing customer service at support@telltalegames.com and request a refund.
