Can't Activate Sam & Max 101

Hi,

I'm trying to activate Sam & Max 101, but always get a CONNECTION_ERROR with both the username log in and serial number activation. Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this? I've previously activated TOMI with no issues.

I've sent a manual unlock request ('issue-47388') to support, but am a little impatient to start playing! ;)

    So then, I took another look at the problems by running the traffic through a proxy just to see what was being sent and what was failing when running S&M and it tries to log in and activate...This is what I found...It seems that the login itself is working fine, but the request to the activation server fails with a 403 - Unauthorised! Hopefully someone from Telltale can shed some light on this? What is unauthorised? - If the login is successful then why is the activation server not allowing access?

    Come on Telltale...What's the deal here??

    Ok...so now it's 5 days and I've lost my patience with Telltale who seem quite happy take our money, but leave us hanging on unable to play the games. :(

    I've no idea what is going on behind the scenes at Telltale but seems to me that whilst their games may be great their web/purchase systems are the opposite!!

    I'm disappointed that despite several emails and these postings, no-one from Telltale has provided any comment. Is there something to hide here?? Come on people - where are you??
