No e-mail about the order

I bought season 2, and I didn't get e-mail that the order has been received. I've already paid the order with the wire transfer.

    The wire transfer isn't completed yet. It usually takes a few days for the funds to come through.

    If you have a receipt, you can email it to me at feedback@telltalegames.com and I'll follow up with our ecommerce provider on the status.

    okay, I meant there wasn't any (automatic) order confirmation in the email mailbox. I just thought if the order hasn't come thru.

    That doesn't happen until payment clears with Digital River, usually, and that can take a little bit for wire transfers.
