My guess is Amy will post a message when she's finished. If we still haven't received anything then, that's the time to holler. As it is now, there are still many people - like me - who have yet to get the refund as well as the voucher, so I wouldn't worry too much yet; you're definitely not alone.
Whilst I remain happy to wait, I am just finding it odd that so many people are waiting on all different things. I received my code on 29/04, but am waiting on the refund, yet there are so many people on here saying that the refund has been done yet without a code being sent and others without a thing. Is it a PayPal thing? Are they slowing things down? Is there a precise order to it all? Is it first come first served so to speak? Meah.
I will wait and also try to do so in a patient manner, I know that the best is being done and I'm very happy the way that the delay has been dealt with, I'm not after a reply, just to get it off my chest. After all, if I'm that bothered I'd send a message direct to Amy, but let's face it, she's got enough on her plate.

Likewise for me, got refund a long time ago, like the next day after they announced they would be given out. The voucher I am still waiting on. I understand it takes time, but it has been several weeks now.
Here's yet another update on the JP refunds and gift codes. Almost everyone has been refunded and has been emailed a code. And if you don't have yours I probably already know about it as I'm rechecking on each refund and email. But would you mind PMing your email if you didn't get one or the other?

The refunds are taking a bit longer to solve as we're having a massive issue with paypal. But I have an appointment with a Paypal supervisor tomorrow afternoon. (Yes, even customer service reps have customer service issues.) So hopefully it will be fixed.
As for the gift codes: I had about 200 emails appear to bounce back to me. Before I can resend them I have to manually disable the first code. Why? I've had a bit of an issue with people trying to scam us.
Now, I won't lie. It make take some time to reply to everyone. I have hundreds of emails and PMs right now. But I promise I am working much overtime to get this fixed for everyone.
Thank you all for being so understanding about this. Once I have time again I promise to try to make it out of the basement (support) more often.

In the email it stated the refund should appear in my account by Monday May 2nd.
To date I have seen no activity on my paypal account that suggests any sort of refund has been received.
The email said that if I had not seen the refund process by Monday, to write back.
My emails explaining the refund was not processed have not received a response however. So i figured I'd post here to make sure the issue is on record.
I just logged into my account and its telling me my back to the future game has arrived or something...its saying that i can unlock it with my password and username. Did anyone else receive this? I never ordered this game...

Then in the side bar there's a "send new message" link.
Hit that then you have to copy the name of who you are pming into the recipients so "Amy Lukima" without the speech marks.
