Monkey Island unlock help

Hey support folks.

I recently bought the Tales of Monkey Island online, and can only play them on a computer that has no internet. Amy was quite speedy in processing my unlock keys for the first two episodes, but I've been waiting for reply back for the next two episodes since early last week. I don't think I even got confirmations that I sent emails to support@telltale.com.

I know things are busy, but I'm grateful for the efforts you folks put into helping out.

    Check that address... should be support@telltalegames.com.

    Yeah, I had the address correct when I sent the emails. I was just lazy in the post, sorry.

    I don't know if it helps, but the last email I got from support@telltalegames.com was a week ago,with 'issue-48254' in the subject.

    I don't know if that is an older resolved issue, or the unsolved one.

    For some reason that email was reported as spam. I am getting to it right now. It looks like several emails came through very quickly. Sorry about that :)

    Spam you say? Just shows how much I wanted to play Monkey Island. :p
