    Hmm.. i duno who has the problem. amy or me? since april i been waiting for the voucher code. so far no email, no notice. may i ask what is this "voucher" exactly? is it gift redemption code or coupon code or whatever code? Excuse me for being impolite. just tat am getting impatient dy.

    yeah, I haven't gotten my store credit yet but I do have the voucher

    I got my refund pretty much right away, but I still haven't heard any word about the voucher.

    I'm still waiting for my refund but I did get the voucher code last month.

    Any word on Paypal refunds? I was under the impression the issue had been addressed, but I haven't seen any sort of refund on my Paypal history, so I'm wondering if there's an additional step that Paypal uh .. payers ... needed to take?

    If you haven't received either a refund or a voucher can you PM me the email you used to buy JP?

    I imagine at this point this must be almost as annoying to the staff as it is for us still missing one or both!

    I received my voucher quite awhile ago (thank you!) and was wondering if it has an expiration date. I didn't see anything about it in the email and don't plan on using mine in the next month or so and would hate to lose it. Thanks!

    Got the voucher, and Amy asked me how I'd like the refund, so that'll probably come soon too. Probably takes a few days for the transfer.

    Begs to differ if their server IP where they send email could be listed in some RBLs (Block Lists) - as some receive emails and some don't, still waiting for mine to a GMail address.

    I don't even get the newsletter etc.

    That would be a good answer cept all telltale emaisl will be on same ip and no-one (least not enmass) have issues with getting the newsletter and purchase notifications.

    I dont think i got my voucher i got the refund. But not so sure about the voucher. Is there any way for you to look it up?

    I received the gift code for a free game, but now I'm interested to use the Store Credit I asked (I replied to a Telltale Support e-mail saying that I want a refund by store credit.).
    I don't know how to use it.

    I'd like to use my store credit to preorder Puzzle Agent 2 (the offer that includes also Puzzle Agent 1).
    How can I do?

    dude its been almost two months...whats so hard about writing a thirty dollar check and sticking it in the mailbox...im getting impatient here :/ i want me money!

    EDIT: Scratch that...i JUST got the check :P Thanks TTG! Fall can't be close enough :/

    I also never received a voucher. I received the refund very shortly after the delay announcement, but I never received any further email with the voucher code. :confused:

    I'm sorry but I have sent two PM's and have waited for several months for the voucher. I'm starting to get a little annoyed.

    Have spent a good while avoiding being annoying and just joining the chorus of "I havent got one yet" but.....well I haven't got one yet. Succesfully got the refund a few weeks back but still got no code. I don't mind waiting longer, it would just be good to get some communication as to how long we should expect to wait?
