Sam & Max Complete Collection

i want to buy the complete series of S&M but when i add the product in my cart this message appears:

"Backordered Merchandise:
Your merchandise will not be shipped until all backordered items are available, but you will be billed for the full amount immediately. If you would prefer not to pay in advance for backordered items, please remove these items before proceeding."

what does it mean? i thought that all the episodes of season 3 were released. also, it is the digital version of the series right? i don't want the dvd version.

    I bought the Sam and Max complete collection earlier, and that item wasn't showing up backordered for me. Maybe they ran out of DVDs in stock to ship out for the orders. In any case, the complete collection does include the DVDs, but I also got instant access to download all of the episodes digitally when my order was complete.

    The complete collection includes the DVD's for all three seasons.
    If you don't want the DVD's, you have to e-mail Telltale's customer service at support@telltalegames.com.
