Do you have to pay twice Wii+PC?

Do you have to pay again to buy a game for PC if you already bought it on Wii? I bought Strongbad episodes on Wii for 10 dollars each, I was thinking about playing them again on the PC for fun, but I don't know if there is a way to transfer to PC, or if I would have to buy them again.

    You have to buy them again, and the same goes for the 360 and PS3 versions of any game.
