OK, so posting on other help thread didn't help, so I will start my own...
I have originally posted into "TellTaleGames contact?" as my feeling that part of the problem is the same... But it seems that this thread is no longer read by anybody from TellTale...

I have raised my issue on May 21st and got only automated response. I think, that somebody real read it as new invoice appeared in my list of invoices (there is Puzzle Agent on the invoice) and probably it should help me to have it as I preordered Hector. But it didn't help at all. I still don't see it and I still don't know if you can change it as per original request or not. Generally I have already bought almost all TellTale games here (or on Steam), so I don't appreciate very much to have another Puzzle Agent with every order :-) and definitely it doesn't help me to decide to order Puzzle Agent II.

Another issue is about insider JP forum, where I still don't have access (I know that game is postponed, but in the forum there was a statement that even that we should have still access) - I really don't know if it makes sense to have this access as I don't see content (and from Hector example it doesn't make sense). But I still hope.

I'm sure that I didn't miss any email from TT as I check Spam folder regularly, so I would advise to send also private message with solution as emails are not going well from TT to your customers (I have seen much more than one topic about it in the forums).

    OK, thanks for answer. I hope that gift code will be ok, so we close that issue now.

    But, I don't think that there is any problem with my gmail account. When I sent my original request, I have received automated reply just well (from support@telltalegames.com). I have also received information that I have received a private forum message from you (again from support@telltalegames.com). But nothing in between those two messages.
    So what contact do you think I should add?

    From number of similar problems mentioned in the forums I think that problem will be somewhere on TellTale side. I can offer some cooperation to help to solve this issue (some test support issues?)
