Is there any free shipping offer currently on?

I was hoping to take advantage of this sale, but unfortunetly living in europe means I was looking at an additional $70 shipping costs, which is just far too much to justify it really!

Yeah would be cool if there was a download-only option. Because shipping to Europe is more expensive than the Sam&Max Collection itself :D

If you want download only, you can e-mail Telltale's customer service at support@telltalegames.com.

Here's a quote to support that statement:

The complete collection also includes the disc now. If you really don't want the disc send me a support ticket and I'll make you a special order.

Thank you for the advice. Just emailed them and hope to get this offer as well.

Hmm...wrote an email to support@telltalegames.com but they don't seem to answer. Is there any other contact address with maybe more luck? :)

    No other address.
PM'ing Amy Lukima might help, but she's probably pretty swamped with the Jurassic Park refunds and the ever-growing mountain of tickets.
There used to be a sticky forum thread where you could post your ticket number if you hadn't received an answer after a few days, but it was closed a while back.
It might be time to open a new one of those (maybe even one just for the Sam & Max Complete Collection DVD situation)...

What's the "Sam & Max Complete Collection DVD situation"?

I just purchased the complete collection, and I hope there's no situation...could you explain?

What I meant by "situation" is that the Sam & Max Collection used to not include the DVD's, with the possibility to get the DVD's for free by placing a separate order.
However, there was a problem with getting the DVD's for free, which led to the opening of a few forum threads (this one, which used to be stickied, being the main one) and a lot of tickets.
Telltale probably decided that it would be easier (and probably generate less tickets) if the DVD's were included with the collection, as most buyers of the complete collection wanted the discs as well.
The problem with that is that if you don't want the DVD's (because you don't want to pay the sometimes excessive shipping costs or for any reason whatsoever), you now have to e-mail Telltale's customer service to let them know, so they can place a special order for you (see Amy Lukima's quote in the third post from this thread).
Sorry if I alarmed you when I used the word "situation". ;)

Finally got a response from telltale. But sadly - due to the current sale - they said they can't amend any bundle, meaning it is not possibly to get a digital only version of the sam and max collection by now.
Guess I have to wait for the next steam sale...
