What's up with TellTale customer service?

I placed an order with them 3 days ago and asked a specific question about the order and they've not responded... I have since re-sent the email and got nada. Is this normal for them? I'm feeling a wee bit uneasy about the transaction now...

    We just had a massive sale so it's taking a while to get back to you. Sorry about that. You can also post you issue here as the moderators can normally help you.

    Amy, ah groovy, thanks! I didn't know this forum was actually tied to the folks that work at TellTale. :)

    I just wanted to see if I could get sealed copies (if they exist) of the CD director's cuts for Out From Boneville and The Great Cow Race. They are going to be a contest giveaway and I wanted them to be new for the winners.
