Can't reach Telltale Support
I have yet to receive my store credit for Jurassic Park.
Every time I try to reach support, I get assigned a new issue number, and never receive a reply (I've checked my spam folder).
On April 27, I answered the query asking if I wanted store credit, paypal, or a check, stating I would accept store credit. It was assigned 'issue-47514'.
On May 28, having received no reply, I asked for an update. I included "issue-47514" in the subject, but was still assigned a new issue (48807). I also tried to sneak in my Hector problem (http://www.telltalegames.com/forums/showthread.php?t=24639).
I received no reply to that either, so I made a final request on June 9. Again, I was assigned a new issue by the system (49343) despite including the previous issue number in both the subject and body.
To date, I have not received a reply to any of these (again, I've checked my spam folder).
I want to support Telltale and indie games in general (heck, I asked for store credit, despite the fact that I own every downloadable Telltale game), but this sure isn't making it easy.

I swear the original replies weren't even in my spam folder. Perhaps they got squelched before they made it that far. *shrug*.
