BTTF Episode 1: it wont let me play it

i enter my email and password and it takes me to a screen with the episodes on the left side and it says "Play" in an orange rectangle in the lower right corner. I click "Play", but nothing happens. The "Buy it" option works for the others and opens a page up to Telltale games, but the 1st one isnt working

What's wrong?

Try right-clicking the episode shortcut and selecting "Run as administrator".

I tried this and it still didn't work:(
