Ending the Standoff (Episode 5 spoilers)

So I've managed to get to the standoff between Tannen and Edna at the saloon. So far I've put 3 sandbags on the pallet on the upper level and theres 1 more thats sitting on the chandallier above Tannens head. But thats all I can seem to do. I cant pick up the sandbag on ground level without Marty dropping it again. And the loose floorboard and tacky painting dont seem to have a function.

Going round in circles now. Help! :(

    you can stand on the pallet of sandbags yourself =p

    I know that. But Marty just says "not quite" as though I need another sandbag or two.

    Ok I think I got it worked out now. Didnt realise the crate of barrels near the door was clickable.
