It's been a week and I still haven't heard back from you guys. The sale is about to expire and I would like to benefit from it, but I need an answer for my question first.

    Unbelievable. Ten days after emailing you guys and still no response. And even here, on the forums, I don't get a single reply. The sale has expired and even though I said I was willing to, I wasn't able to buy anything. I own all of your games. I've spent more money on merchandise than any sane person would have. But I love adventure games and I used to love your company. Not anymore. Not with this kind of customer support.

    I placed my order on June 6th, contacted the support 12 days ago, haven't heard a peep out of anyone. I've never had a bad thing to say about TellTale, but this is ridiculous. I understand they had a big blowout sale, which I did take advantage of, but here's where this becomes a problem for me: TellTale was not quiet about this sale, so they should have been ready to meet demands. If they can't meet demands, don't have a sale. Otherwise, what's the point of having a sale? To sell stock you don't have? To send out "I owe you's"?

    Eek85, you were lucky by all accounts. Had you actually made a purchase you may very well be in the unenviable position of trying to get customer servce to answer your questions pertaining to the very delayed (if it ever comes, that is) shipment.
