Anyone who ordered Sam and Max Blowout during sale actually get it confirmed?

I ordered 88 dollars worth of stuff on June 5th (at like 3AM in the morning) and my order included the Sam and Max Blowout pack. I assumed that it had been canceled when I started reading up on it in the forums. However, my money was never refunded/order never cancelled. When I asked about that order, along with a smaller order for the Blowout pack items that were still in stock, I received a short response back: "Your orders will be shipped as is. We never changed anything on your order. It's just taking some time to ship orders because we received so many order at once." However, this just confused me more because I was under the assumption that all blowout pack orders were canceled. I realize that my order was right at the beginning of the sale, but I am curious - did anyone else get verification that their blow-out based orders were safe?

I ordered the blowout pack as well, and received a similar response as well. Ordered on June 5th too.

Still haven't received anything yet, so I guess we will see.

Thanks everyone for responding. Still not sure if I will get my items. And I was starting to doubt the original message from support. However, knowing that others beside me, got the same reassurance from Telltale makes me, dare I say it, mildly optimistic. Here's hoping. :)

Well, my order with the Blowout packs is now listed as:

"Your order has been submitted to our warehouse and will ship soon. Please check back later for shipping info."

While a response to my 2 e-mails to customer service would have been nice, it's good to see a change to it's status. However, I am still taking a "I'll believe it when it's sitting in my living room" approach. Hopefully, the update is true, and not a computer glitch.

My order now says that as well. Fingers crossed! :)

no status update since 9-10 days ... it still says:

"Your order has been submitted to our warehouse and will ship soon. Please check back later for shipping info."

Tommy: that sounds pretty standard. You should get an email when it's shipped (I think). Delivery can take up to six weeks, if you're outside the US.

It's looking like this will be a Christmas present from Telltale at this rate! Hope they sort out whatever issues they're having soon.

    Hey guys -

Just an update on the slow shipping. We're currently in the middle of a transition to a new shipping warehouse which, while causing extended delays right now, will actually make our merchandise shipping much better when the whole thing is said and done. Thanks so much for bearing with us on this!

Okay, I haven't chimed in much here, but I do take a little offense to Mr. Johnson's reply. I have waited close to a month and a half now - 100+ dollars held up and I feel like I regularly get ignored when I send PMs to Telltale people/ e-mails to support. Heck, under the circumstances, I don't think I exactly inundate them - one a week practically begging for some kind of reply. Hell, I would be happy with a "I have no idea" if nothing else, since that would show I wasn't being ignored. Am I happy that future purchasers will have a better shopping experience? Mostly. However, that doesn't change MY shopping experience. No contact, no info, and being told, "it's gonna be better in the future" doesn't really cut it for ME. At the very least, Telltale could have offered some type of compensation for this treatment, whether it be some form of partial refund, or heck, I would be satisfied with a discount and/or free copy of Back to the Future ... basically anything to say, "sorry your experience was bad ... give us another chance." They can give Jurassic Park pre-orders some form of sorry, but not us? That kind of tells me how they feel about my business.
