    Due to a total shutdown from customer service, I think the more plauible statement is: "what orders? I don't know what you are talking about, good sir! Now please, be on your way."

    I say this in good humor, but I do wish a reassuring public announcement be made soon...

    Exactly my opinion.

    At least it is evident from her profile that Amy Lukima is still reading this board. And Mr. Johnson has posted on other topics. Maybe not all hope is lost. :confused:

    Hi Guys,

    The store is on hold until we finish changing shipping companies. All previous orders are still being processed.

    I received my order last week, it was worth the wait. The shipment was complete, packed securely and everything was in pristine condition.

    You mean a second copy of the DVD? It's one DVD per game, so you'd have to buy the game again to get another DVD.
