Sam and Max: Complete Animated Series
Everything else I ordered arrived normally. As far as I know I didn't get it cancelled because I didn't get an e-mail telling me such. I'm hoping this will be faster than e-mail support because I'm still waiting for responses to two e-mails I had sent before.

I hope for a direct response from staff about this because honestly out of everything I bought this was the most anticipated thing because I have fond memories of the show as a kid, and ironically the show was what got me into the games and not vice versa.

I cannot understand how this could happen, at least I was very early with my order when the 75%-Off-Deal started! Does that mean everybody after me didn't get those items, too?!

After those 2 months of waiting for my shipment I really am disappointed. There were several issues coming together:
- First the confusing text next to some items in my order: "Canceled"
- Then receiving no response to any of my emails to Telltale support
- Reading about other people having problems and having doubts about possibly canceled items
- My credit card being billed right after placing my order for ALL items
- The fact that one seems to have to write here in the forum to get any attention from Telltale
- Getting the (as I know now) false information, that all items will actually be shipped
- Waiting 6 weeks with growing anticipation but without getting any more specific explanation, apology or timeframe about the status of the orders
- Finally reading a shipping notification for my order, but the anticipation being disappointed by getting an incomplete package another 2 weeks later.
- The message, that I will not get the missing items in another shipment
(- Additionally the fact, that I placed my order really soon after the 75%-Off sale started makes me wonder, If orders were actually processed in order, but this I cannot tell.)
I guess this is not the fault of most of the people from Telltale reading this and I do not blame anyone here who was trying to help. But I really cannot take "But now you're our favorite." anymore serious now, and when the next Telltale game will be released I will have to think several times about it before buying.
And I bet there are many other customers who have taken a bad feeling from this and do NOT express this in any email, posting or whatsoever.
You'er absolutely right. We've outgrown our shipping company and they've been unable to keep up with orders. The store is down until the end of the month because we're changing warehouses and going to a much larger company who actually specializes in fulfilling medical orders so their accuracy is outstanding.
I'm very sorry to everyone who didn't get their complete order. we're working through refunding orders right now.
