Part of order cancelled without my knowledge

I ordered Sam and Max season 3, Hector episode 1 and the Sam and Max Blowout Bundle in the 75% off sale. Looking at my order now, it says that my order for the Blowout Bundle has been cancelled. I haven't received any e-mails about this or any kind of refund to my knowledge. Is the Blowout Bundle just backordered or have I lost $15 + international postage costs? I'm very confused about this.

    As I understand it, it is just canceled from the store and not your actual order. If it was canceled from your order, you would of received a cancellation notice and your money refunded.

    In other words, it being canceled from the store means other people can't order it because they wouldn't be able to fulfill additional orders aside from the ones they already have, if that makes any sense.

    I am in a similar situation myself. I ordered the Blowout Bundle as well and it says it has been canceled but was told that my order is still valid and should be fulfilled. Haven't received anything yet though.

    Thanks for your help. It's very confusing terminology but I'm glad my order is still valid. I don't mind waiting a few months if I need to.

    ok can i ask what the blowout bundle is because the only thing i can see on telltales store is sam and max book sam and max complete collection sam and max seasons 1-3 and there disc versions and the wii version of sam and max season 1 and sam and max the animated series

    Actually this is true for me because the BTTF cards and the Figurines that I bought were canceled from my order. I also did not get a signed Street Poster with my bundle.
