Texas Hold 'em; negative activation

I do not have an internet connection at home. I am sending you this from a local library computer.

I purchased Hold 'em about 3 days ago with a Visa debit card, in the name of William Hutson. My email address is akshnfgyr@gmail.com

I have since left 2 voicemails, and 2 emails; this is the 3rd email.

I have tried the direct entry of the reg key. No go.

If you are unable or unwilling to help me, please credit the $8.95 back to my debit card, and i will trouble you no further.

    Are you trying to activate it on the same computer you downloaded it on?
