Question about shipping a game to Germany

Hi,

I´m interested in the game “Wallace and Gromit Grand Adventures” . Please inform me about the amount of the shipping cost to Germany and the cost of tax as well. Are there any German subtitles in this game or in Sam and Max The Devil’s Playhouse ??

    First of all, you're in the wrong forum [Edit: This was later moved to a better forum], but to answer your question, unless you have a really slow Internet connection, the best way to get this is to download it, meaning no shipping costs at all. For Wallace & Gromit, the DVD you can get just has the same executables you can download on it, so there's no big reason to pay shipping charges for that. (For other series, the DVD has executables with alternate forms of copy protection, or none at all, so you don't have to connect with Telltale's server to activate it like to do with the downloadable copies. You'd still have to consider if they're worth the shipping cost.)

    I can't answer the German subtitle question, sorry.

    Die Lieferkosten nach Deutschland liegen bei $10.69 (USPS First Class Mail International Parcels) ... macht zusammen $30.68 - nach aktuellem Wechselkurs wären das ~ 21,30 €. Die Wertgrenze für die Zollerhebung liegt bei 22 € (inkl. Versandkosten) - d.h. wenn der Preis bzw. Kurs so bleibt, musst du keine Steuern darauf zahlen. Wenn du über die Wertgrenze von 22 € rutscht, musst du noch Wertzoll (3,5%) und Einfuhrumsatzsteuer (19%) zahlen.

    Keine Ahnung wie das bei Wallace and Gromit ist, aber die Sam & Max Spiele kannst du hier im Shop soweit ich weiß ausschließlich auf englisch kaufen. Falls du auf die DVD keinen Wert legst, kannst du bei Steam zuschlagen - dort sind deutsche Sprachausgabe bzw. Untertitel auf jeden Fall inklusive. Aber vielleicht kommt zu dem Thema mal noch ne Rückmeldung.

    Vielen Dank für deine Hilfe, ich wusste garnicht das es hier im Forum viele Deutsche gibt :)
    Ich möchte es unbedingt auf nem Datenträger, da ich gerne die Spiele sammle und außerdem ist Wallace and Gromit hier in Deutschland doppelt so teuer, also warum nicht beim Hersteller bestellen(hab grad gelesen das es nen deutschen Untertitel gibt :) )
