Sam & Max bundle as gift?

Hey fellow tellers-of-tale,

I'm interested in purchasing the Sam & Max bundle as a gift for a friend of mine. However, in the cart, it very clearly says that the bundle cannot be purchased as a gift. I'm wondering first off why this is and second if there is some other alternative (ie if I really can't gift the bundle, can I get a gift certificate instead? My friend doesn't have a telltale account yet, but she absolutely loved the Sam & Max games when I showed her.

    Here's what I can do. If you buy the bundle I can send you three gift codes, one for each season. But they wouldn't get the fancy email that's auto-generated. You'd have to send it yourself.
    Is that ok?

    Hey Amy, that would be great. Should I go ahead and re-buy the bundle (like I said, I already bought the bundle for myself) or are you going to put together a special item for my cart?
