issue-51505 - No Voucher yet

Once upon a time... a long long ago I Pre-Purchased a game which was called Jurrasic Park.
In that matter the dinosaurs ate your game for some reason, and it was delayed.

Shortly after that I received an email from Papa dinosaur that said to me that the game would be REFUNDED,
and I should also receive a VOUCHER for a free series of my choosing.

In a matter of days after that email I got the amount back into my PayPal account. That part is all hunky dory, thanks for that.

But I have NOT yet received my VOUCHER ticket :confused:

I have checked the forums, posted the issue and also sent a PM to Amy Lukima regarding this matter but got no respond.
I have also looked in my gmail inbox, spam folder and junk email folder, but there was no voucher there.
Even looked under a few rocks in my garden, but no sign of anything there either.
Then I saw a forum post from Amy suggesting that I should send an email to support.

On the 8th of august I sent support an email, but have yet to recive any responce of some sort from you.
Maybe the hidden people stole my voucher since I live in Iceland :cool:
The issue ticket is number 51505.

Hope this will get sorted through. Looking forward on playing the game when it's finally out :)
