Supposed to Be Getting Hector for Free?

When my preorder of Jurrasic Park was cancelled, I used my free season code to order Hector episode 1. I was told at the time that I would be able to get the following two episodes for free as well, as my code was meant for a whole season, not just a single episode.

How do I go about getting episode 2 for free?

    Email support@telltalegames.com, they'll probably need to add the new episode to your account manually.

    I sent them an email the same day I started this thread, but I'm still waiting for a response. How long do you think it'll be before they get back to me?

    Same problem here, contacted support on aug 27 (issue-51995), 10 days later still no reply....

    Mine has been added to my games list. I never got an email letting me know, so maybe yours has been added as well?

    Yes, it's been added but fails to start ("it appears that you don't own hector season 1 blah,blah click here buy")

    I just got around to actually trying the game today. I get the same message.

    Now what???

    This is just getting silly now. I still cant play episode 2 and episode 3 hasnt even been added to my games list. And Telltale have yet to reply to any of my emails.

    I'm beginning to wonder if they even HAVE a customer service team!
