"Your order has been submitted..."

Hello!
Three months ago I made an order (its number #600130738011293| Placed June 6, 2011). In section "purchases" this order is marked with the following words "Your order has been submitted to our warehouse and will ship soon. Please check back later for shipping info."
I would like to know if there are any problems with the order? Please, let me know.

    What was in your order?
    Some items (not sure which ones, but at the very least, the Sam & Max season 2 disc) have been out of stock for a few months and should be back in stock as early as next week.

    I checked my mail, but there was no respond. I sent one more letter and received an automatic answer (issue-52808).
