    Can we use our free game promo code that we got with our Jurassic Park refund...for Jurassic park when it comes out in Nov. then? I don't remember seeing any small print that said you couldn't. Has anyone already asked this? Just checking.

    I emailed Amy and no response at all. Same with support. Im wondering if ill ever get mine.

    I emailed support asking for the voucher, but did not receive a reply either, I found my message very clear and to the point.

    I emailed support last Friday. Have yet to hear any response. I love Telltale, but at this point I'm worried that they're just screwing me over (it's been months). Starting to leave a sour taste. I'm so looking forward to JP, but this... ugh. Cmon guys. I love your company. I own most of your games, bought at full price. What the heck is this?

    Oh hey, my last worried statement was out of date apparently. While I was never contacted back by support, a credit DID show up on one of my bank accounts on September 21st as a refund for the game. Thanks so much, guys. Look forward to JP. Just have to wait.... a little... longer.

    At least you guys got a code. I never got one for a free game after we was promised one. I tryed e-mailing alan weeks ago, no relpy.

    I too have yet to receive a code, though in all fairness I haven't complained to anyone about it yet. I should probably get on that :o

    Edit: After messaging Telltale Support I promptly received my code :D

    Moved this thread into the support forum.

    Everybody who preordered Jurassic Park prior to April 26'th would have had that order refunded and been emailed a voucher automatically. If you ordered, and didn't receive your voucher, it's likely that it got caught in your spam filter. If you still don't have yours, you can send an email to support@telltalegames.com or send me a PM here. Please include your order number if you still have it.

    There's a field for inputting vouchers after you go to check out your order.

    i tried that it wouldnt take mine cuz i bought the jp dvd bundle pack and it gave me the code to get episode 1 free but it wouldnt accept the code no matter how i typed it

    Hi all,

    I did not cancel my pre-order for JP way back in February (I still have the e-mail), and I was wondering if it still stands? Is it possible for me to upgrade my order to a Deluxe Edition, or can I change it to a Gift so that I can purchase the Deluxe Edition for myself?

    So I used the voucher, but its showing up in my account as a gift that I can send off to someone. Is this right? I thought it was suppose to show up a purchased game showing the first episode of the series?

    That would only happen if you selected the gift option during checkout. If you want to PM me your order number, I can have a look at it.

    Edit: After looking at that order, it was actually not a gift. Gremlins in the system.
