Never got a JP voucher

I per-ordered the Jurassic park game way back when. I received a refund but never got the voucher for a free game. I don't know if there was a problem with my E-mail or what. If there's a problem sending something to my e-mail, I want to use the voucher on Jurassic park for the PC anyways. PLEASE HELP.
