I sent an email about the site rejecting my gift code on the 3rd and quickly received an automatic response with the above issue number. The next day I received an email from Amy (support@telltalegames.com) asking for the code and I provided it that same day. On the 6th I replied again asking when I could expect a response but still haven't heard anything else from Amy or anyone at Telltale.
Any chance someone could get back to me with a timeline or, even better, a solution?
