Waiting for voucher for Jurassic Park preorder

I received my refund for the JP pre-order some time ago, but still haven't received the voucher I was promised. I already sent in a support ticket in August, but have not since gotten a reply. My ticket ID is issue-51986.
I'd really like to use the voucher to pre-order the JP Deluxe edition along with a few other purchases I'm planning.
Hoping for a solution here.
