Jurassic Park Pre Order

Hey there.

I pre ordered the game Jurassic Park ( 5th of November ).
The release date of the game is "15th of November" so, today.
But i haven't get my packet since jet. Why?
Could I download the game on the "my games" site somewhere?
This was my first order by Telltalegames! So I need your help pls!

    The game will be released sometime during Telltale's office hours. They're based on the west coast of the US.

    okay thanks - so i could download today for sure? or do i need the package ( CD and that stuff ) to install it?

    You can download it from Your Games right after it's released, no need to wait for the package. :)

    Hi, I have a Question again!

    On "MyGames" I could find the sentence "Use your Telltale username and password to unlock this game!" How does it work?

    After the game is downloaded, you need to enter your username and password to turn it on- only the first time the game is launched. It's a small antipiracy measure.

    You will be able to download the game when it's released later today.

    Speaking of this unlock method, whatever happened to issuing serial numbers? Ever since Puzzle Agent 2, I haven't seen a serial key. And I think I once got a serial for Hector Ep1, but it no longer appears on my My Games page (Hector Ep1 for me shows one serial line with "Use your ID", then a second with no text; just the icon).
