Jurassic Park - XBox Live Marketplace

To whom it concerns,

I checked the Telltale Games website and it lists Jurassic Park the Game as being available on Xbox Live. However, when I go to Xbox Live to download it there, I only see trailers, not the game itself.

Does anyone know if this is a known issue and if so when the game is expected to be available for download? Thanks in advance,

    Jurassic Park is only available as a retail release for now. It may be released digitally on the 360 at some point, but we don't have plans to do so at the moment.

    The Xbox Live logo is required for every game on the 360.

    Sorry, but we don't currently have plans to release Jurassic Park as a downloadable title on Xbox Live.
