Sam & Max Season 3 DVD?

Hi,

I was lured to the store by the holiday sale and figured I might pick up the DVD for Season 3 as well since I haven't got around to yet. :) But the link doesn't seem to be working, I get forwarded to the main page of the store. (I'm using this link.)

Could someone please tell me how to order the DVD?

    Thanks, but that one only gives me the one purchase option for $34.99. I got the other link by going here, and then choosing "Get your copy now".

    Sorry, I misunderstood.
    I informed Telltale about the lack of a disc upgrade option in the store but I'd advise you to e-mail their customer service directly at support@telltalegames.com.
    Today being Thanksgiving, they might not reply right away, but I'm sure they'll take care of your problem.

    All right, thanks again, but the reason I didn't mail them at first and posted directly here is that I have never been able to receive any e-mail replies from their support. It's been the same for years - at least, I haven't got any replies those two times that I've e-mailed them during the last two or three years. And I'm pretty sure they weren't ignoring me. :D

    I was really hoping I could get the issue fixed through the forums, where I at least know for sure if I'm being ignored or not. :rolleyes: (Sorry if I sound snide TTG, but you still owe me five bucks. I figured I'm allowed to.)

    I also have all Sam & Max season 3 episodes and want to get the free DVD. Please fix this issue.

    I also have the Sam and Max S3 episodes and was hoping add the free DVD to a new order. Is there any way I can do that?

    EDIT - I've completed the order to make the December 4th/Pre-Christmas shipping, if it's possible to have the Season 3 DVD added to that order, please let me know.

    Now there is a new option in the store that seems to let you add the DVD for $0.00, thanks for that. But it doesn't show up in the cart when I click the "Add" button. What could be wrong now?

    I'd really appreciate it if this could be resolved before the holiday sale ends. Thank you.

    I informed Michael (Parks, from Telltale) of the situation, which they're aware of and working on.
    In the meantime, you should e-mail them at support@telltalegames.com or maybe drop Michael a PM explaining your situation (include the number of your order that included the downloadable version and any details you think might help) and I'm sure he'll add the disc to your cart if you qualify (like he did for someone in this other thread).

    I'm still not able to reproduce that particular issue. It's adding to my cart here just fine.

    Harald, can you PM me either your order number for the digital version of Season 3, or the email address you used to place the order?

    Thanks, both of you. Michael, I've sent you a PM.

    Edit: I don't know if it will help, but I thought I'd add some details about the technical problem. When I click the "Add to cart" button I am transported to the shopping cart web page, but nothing is added. There is no error message or anything like that. The same thing happens if I attempt to add any of the other season DVDs (which I'm thinking it probably should, since I already have those DVDs).

    And while typing this, Michael added the DVD to my cart. Thanks a lot for your help!
