BTTF DVD shipping to germany longer than a month

Is this normal? I live in germany and received dispatch e-Mail on 10/26/2011. Still no delivery. I just want to know if this is a normal time or if I should file a complaint?

    International orders can take up to six weeks. You might want to check with your local customs office to see if they're holding a package for you as well.

    Ah - thank you for your quick reply. Then I guess I'll have to wait for a little while longer.

    I'm waiting too every day for the postman. I've ordered Back to the Future Limited Edition and waiting for it since 2nd November...
