Sam & Max Season 3 DVD?
Hi,
I was lured to the store by the holiday sale and figured I might pick up the DVD for Season 3 as well since I haven't got around to yet.
But the link doesn't seem to be working, I get forwarded to the main page of the store. (I'm using this link.)
Could someone please tell me how to order the DVD?

I informed Telltale about the lack of a disc upgrade option in the store but I'd advise you to e-mail their customer service directly at support@telltalegames.com.
Today being Thanksgiving, they might not reply right away, but I'm sure they'll take care of your problem.

I was really hoping I could get the issue fixed through the forums, where I at least know for sure if I'm being ignored or not. :rolleyes: (Sorry if I sound snide TTG, but you still owe me five bucks. I figured I'm allowed to.)
EDIT - I've completed the order to make the December 4th/Pre-Christmas shipping, if it's possible to have the Season 3 DVD added to that order, please let me know.
I'd really appreciate it if this could be resolved before the holiday sale ends. Thank you.
In the meantime, you should e-mail them at support@telltalegames.com or maybe drop Michael a PM explaining your situation (include the number of your order that included the downloadable version and any details you think might help) and I'm sure he'll add the disc to your cart if you qualify (like he did for someone in this other thread).
Harald, can you PM me either your order number for the digital version of Season 3, or the email address you used to place the order?
Edit: I don't know if it will help, but I thought I'd add some details about the technical problem. When I click the "Add to cart" button I am transported to the shopping cart web page, but nothing is added. There is no error message or anything like that. The same thing happens if I attempt to add any of the other season DVDs (which I'm thinking it probably should, since I already have those DVDs).
And while typing this, Michael added the DVD to my cart. Thanks a lot for your help!
