Stuck in eps 1 at Edna's apt

How do I get Edna to let me up to her apartment? Please help I'm totally stuck!

    Hint Guide - maybe if you could find a way to give her the shoe?

    First talk to her and say ''i got something for u'' then she will say wat is it then show her the shoe (btw im not sure if its i got something for u but it should be something like that)
