Wrong t-shirts [issue-55475]

I emailed this 23/12/2011 but never got any help. :(

The email:
Hi, I got one of my orders from you today, first really happy, but
then a littel sad. :(

You have made an error on my Order #600145293014639 Placed December 8, 2011
Instead of 2 Jurassic Park Red Distressed large, you have send 2
Jurassic Park Skeleton Silhouette large. (The gray tshirts instead of
the red tshirts.)

What shall i do now?

    Hi,

    I replied to your email shortly after you sent it. I created a new order for you on December 23'rd and you should get the new shirts soon.
