Question about PS3 game

Hello, i have a question about the PS3 version of this game. I know there are the disc versions: Back to the Future the Game, Collector's Edition and Special Deluxe Edition.

I can only find in my country the first one. What are the contents of that one? Is it only the first game episode? Do i have to download all the other episodes from play station network? or maybe i'm wrong?

If anyone could tell me that would help. I want to buy this game, but i don't want an incomplete version.

    Disc versions of Back to the Future: the Game contain all five episodes, no matter what country you're from.
