Hello,

I wrote you on January 3rd telling you my problem.

On January 6th I received an answer from Michael Parks with this text: "We are not able to receive attachments via this email address. Please forward the photo of the box to me at (email address)". The same day I send him the photo.

No news.

I wrote him again on January 20th (attaching the photo).

No news.

Finally, on January 26th I wrote him AGAIN from another email address.

No news.

As my english isn't good I can't explain my feelings very well, but I'm very angry and disappointed. I bought ALL the games on your web and a lot of merch, and I'm sure I deserve some minutes of your time.
